A note on plans and payments
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe's secure checkout — Care with Misty never sees or stores your card details. You can change or cancel any time from “My Plan” on your dashboard. Free plans stay fully usable end to end, and caregiver wages are always agreed and paid directly between the family and the caregiver.
Paid plans never affect verification. The Care with Misty Pro badge shows a caregiver's subscription only — it is not a verification badge. Identity, credential, background-check and reference badges are shown solely when Care with Misty has actually completed that check.
Already a member? Everyone who joined Care with Misty before membership levels existed keeps their account, their profile, everything they already had access to and any verification they already have. No new limits, no automatic charge, nothing to do.
